Hi Debs. I have never spotted a scanner in that store but I'm probably a bit late to let you know.

    Afternoon everyone,

Was confined to bed after my last post yesterday, thanks for the kind words jumblejack and nikki, DD3 and my poor mum had to fend for themselves. I had to get mum to ring me once she was tucked up safely in bed as she is so unsteady on her feet I was worried she might fall, and had to go around early this morning to do everything else. I felt so guilty but I was in so much pain I could not move, It had subsided by early hours (though feel like a bit of a fight has gone on in my insides!) so was up at 4am to clear the bomb site downstairs before heading off to my mums.

Have I missed anything today? I was running a stall at the local Christmas fayre today so been bit tied up. Gave half a dozen Toy Story bags to the old lady that sells Christmas/Birthday cards and wrapping paper she was very pleased. :)

Good to see Happy is back.

Has anyone got the wine gums/lollies today for £1 and anyone know of any left in any of my locals. ;)

I have just pmed you. I have hid some dm bars for you. Hope you are ok!
Please don't judge me. you couldn't handle half of what I've been through.

Got trouted and today was not the day to annoy me. Saw the Cars advent calendars but couldn't remember what the deal was. Saw the SEL of £1 and thought the magnets would be great to entice DS for potty training. Noticed the weights didn't match so knew immediately I was onto a possible DTD. At the checkout the trout asked if I knew they were £2 so at this point I knew my DTD was gone but for £1 each still a bargain. I told her no, they should only be £1 so she called over a supervisor who said "oh are they still scanning wrong". Seems they've known ALL FLAMING DAY that the label was wrong but they left it there. Told them politely to stuff their advent calendars.

This is what really annoys me about Ts. If they think they can get away with it, they will leave a wrong label up and scam as many people as possible. How many other people had been out with their kids, picked up that advent calendar then when trouted with the old favourite "the SEL doesn't match the barcode on the product" have caved in because the kid wanted it? It's not like there was another Cars calendar or even a gap where one should have been, there was only the one type. I know if I'd had DS with me all hell would have broken loose as he's Cars mad.
