Mater is the rusty tow truck thats a bit of a country yokel type from the Cars films

this had already been posted describing him

Mater's great!! :) Earlier in the year we did an american roadtrip and saw the 'real' Mater on route 66, It's the actual truck that gave Disney/Pixar the idea for the character! Back then he had a tree growing out of him but now he has been placed centre stage for all to see. It's right outside a cafe called '4 women on the route' in Galena, Kansas located on route 66.Inside they had loads of signed pics/sketches/info certifying that he was the inspiration for the character.

Its to stop someone buying a dvd copying it and saying it doesnt work then swapping for something else, they started doing it years ago, especially with cd's.

I think if the headaches haven't cleared up in a couple of days I will be going back, not that I hold much hope for him doing anything lol

In regards to the post about the thread being about everything...well tesco wanted to charge me 5 grand...thats to do with tesco :p

As long as he logs the headaches etc it doesn't matter if he doesn't do anything then if you can claim againgst the lady's insurance co for the damage you can claim re injuries, if they persist for a couple of visits he will have to investigate

Caught up to page 43 now, still wading through the pages, not commenting on all the c**p that's been going on,strong word for
    me;)

How many of you recognise the dish the sausage rolls are in, the sausage rolls being made from glitched jusroll pastry and whoopsied sausages:T

And some leftover smarties on top of cakes

    525122229_o.jpg

The maths cake, my DS actually commented half way through the evening that one of the sums was wrong:mad:

    525122281_o.jpg

Absolutely brilliant, Nikki, well done. Can I ask (very tongue in cheek), who made all of the sums up - or were they sneaked from DS's school books?:eek::eek:
  • i love the cake, you must have worked really hard on all the food

I agree - Happy Chappy comes out of this very well ................................ but where are you now HC?

Because I know you'd had something to say about HC's jokes and thought you might add something to the discussion

I was in Mr T's today, after the car boot, but only to get a King Size Quilt 13.5 tog £14 and 2 x pairs of Silentnight Pillows £4 per pair, using my Clubcard Double-up rewards. I have been checking and not found any at 1p, 4p, 10p, or £1.60 :D:D

It was funny looking around the car boot, everything there seemed so very expensive after Mr T's ;)

Have you noticed all the stall holders with tesco glitches for sale? I keep saying to OH hmmm they Mse and damn thats why I cant find that glitch cos they got it all, im not bitter really lol. ( I assumed you ment Wisb*ch sunday market, apologise if not)
