DRO help needed - joint loan & credit report

I am a qualified debt adviser with Legal Services Commission, FIF, Face2Face and CAB.
Today, I had a client with the same issue and I am VERY grateful for your post.It proves my case as not a one off. I phoned and theyt IMMEDIATELY wrote off the debt.
They appear to record the end of a DRO and then chase the debt.
On phoning from CAB and stating the debt was in the DRO they IMMEDIATLEY wrote off the debt.
This is highly irregular - now that I know your story. You owe NOTHING after your DRO and they are preying on the suspected ignorance of customers.
IF this is what they are doing it is illegal BUT I have to report them and see what the lgela team say.
DO NOT pay them a penny but seek free advice from CAB or similar FREE organisation.
This appears to be VERY wrong and it appears, now, to be a possible routine action from WF.0
