What you do is read all the other threads on here that deal with private parking tickets. You will then realise that you can safely ignore the parking company and all their silly letters. Line markings (be they yellow lines, hatching, etc.) have no legal standing on private property.

Could you please tell us the name of the parking company. We like to name and shame on here.
What part of "A whop bop-a-lu a whop bam boo" don't you understand?

Supermarket car-park with attendant, I'm guessing either Euro or TCP

Total lost to the landowner for the vehicle parking slightly into a cycle path - Nothing financal other than the loss of a repeated customer. So do write to the manager of the supermarket saying that thanks to harassment from a contractor acting on their behalf (the PPC), you shall be taking your business to (name local rival or internet site) and telling your friends and family to do the same.

Ignore the fake ticket and watch the Watchdog video linked to 'welcome, please read before posting'.

Then carry on ignoring the threatograms from debt collectors, as this is not a fine, it's a scam. You did not get a parking ticket.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
