1 Organiser
KLM, UK and IE Head Office, Plesman House, 2a Cains Lane, Bedfont, TW14 9RL, UK has organised an online prize draw.
2 Participation
Participation in the prize draw is free and reserved for entrants over the age of 18 who have Internet access and a valid e-mail address, who live in the UK or in Ireland and have a Facebook account. The prize draw is not open to employees of AIR FRANCE and KLM or their families or to employees of companies involved in the organisation of the prize draw. Entry into the prize draw will be taken to mean acceptance of these terms and conditions. No other form of participation is possible.
3 Availability and Duration
The prize draw is only available online at the following addresses: https://www.facebook.com/klmuk and https://www.facebook.com/klmireland. If necessary, the organiser reserves the right to defer, alter, cancel or renew the prize draw. The organiser is not liable in any of these cases. The prize draw begins on 18 November 2011. Final entry is at 23.59pm on 14 December 2011. The winner will be selected after the prize draw has closed. The winner will be informed by e-mail.
4 Terms and Conditions
Participation in this prize draw is voluntary. Only one entry is permitted per person/household. Each participant may enter only once.
5 Prize draw Outline
The participant must take part in the prize draw between 18 November 2011 and 14 December 2011.
6 Selection of Winner
The winner will be drawn from all participants who entered the prize draw. The winner will be informed by e-mail by 22 December 2011. Winners’ names can be displayed on the KLM Facebook Wall at https://www.facebook.com/klmuk and https://www.facebook.com/klmireland.
7 Prize
One winner will be selected. The prize includes:
1. Two return tickets to Aruba in Economy Class with KLM via Amsterdam from one of our 15 UK departure airports (Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Cardiff, Durham Tees Valley, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Humberside, Liverpool, Leeds Bradford, London City, London Heathrow, Manchester, Newcastle and Norwich) or from Dublin.
Prize winner flight ticket conditions:
Non-changeable
Valid on KLM operated flights only
Non-transferable
KLM will pay for the airport taxes
The winner and companion must travel on the same dates/routing for the whole journey
The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
Travel dates are subject to availability of prize winner booking class
Return travel must be done before 01 October 2012
Tickets must be claimed enough in advance for better chances to get availability.
2. 14-night stay, spread over two hotels, for 2 pax. 7 nights at the Mill Resort, followed by 7 nights at the Bucuti Beach Resort. Both stays include breakfast and taxes.
Prize winner hotel conditions:
Non-changeable at the last minute
The prize cannot be transferred to another person.
Stay dates are subject to availability
Reservation must be taken enough in advance for better chances to get availability.
