Telephone scam warning !!!

I have had two calls from these people but thought it sounded dodgy so told them politely I wasnt interested. Very clever patter tho so be careful!

I personally am very distrusting when it comes to people on the phone, but i can understand why people do get cought out by these scams x

I get them all the time. I'm savvy, so would know if there was anything wrong with my pc.

One conversation went along like this:
Them: "Hello miss, we have had notifications of problems with your computer."
Me: "I haven't got a computer."
Them: "Are you sure? We've had several severe warnings about it."
Me: "I think I would notice if I had a computer!"
Them: "Do you use anyone else's computer at all?"
Me: "Yes I use the one at the library."
Them: "Oh, it must be that one."

By now I am in fits of laughter!!

They go on to say if I pay them £xx they'll fix it. I tell them exactly what I think of them and that I'd read up on the scam online. It was finished by a very quick hangup from their end!

I don't know how they can get away with it!

Haha I'm just waiting for these clowns to phone me, I wonder just how much of their time I can waste before they hang up?

On a serious note though, they should be stopped. My Grandmother recently got a computer and she would probably fall for this if they called her, which is totally unfair. B-Stards!

Had a call from these 6 months ago.Luckily got cut off, googled the number and didn't answer their attempts to ring back.
They have rung again recently several times but I am wise now.
I shared on facebook warning everyone.
Somehow everyone needs warning so they STOP .It's the weak and vunerable that come off worst !
