Hi all,
im new to this forum, but been viewing the site for ages now, just a quick question about lloyds tsb regarding there ppi reclaiming.
I put in a claim with them a while back and within a week had a confirmation letter, in the letter it said they would make a decision and get back to me within 16 weeks, no later then the 18th of december, (well something along these lines anyway) i have been waiting ages now and not herd anything, so my question is: do they usally take the whole 16 weeks to get back to you regarding your claim? should i be expecting a decision on the 18th of december ?

Well done :T a result inside the deadline is great news and DON'T give up on the other, when you find out the reason why only the one has been upheld report back to see if any advice can be given to push the other forwardSuccesses
