Tesco Travel Insurance : Refer a Friend Offer

I just bought Tesco Travel Insurance and got sent a refer a friend form.

It offers me 500 Tesco Clubcard points if I refer a friend, which I think seems quite a good idea, especially since now it's £1 = 1 point.

If anyone would like me to refer them I would be more than happy.

PM me in here or alternatively I am offering the same service via ebay, just search for Tesco Travel Insurance.

We don't have to be friends forever lol .......

Beware giving details to a chancer like this!

Against all the site rules to abuse the pm system like this! (And advertise offers like this here)

    Spam button job!

wrong, £1 = 100 clubcard points, so you only get £5 not £500
  • I meant when you buy something at a tesco shop you get 1 point per £1.00 spent. I was not meaning the referal deal. The referal deal gets you 500 points, which is £5 tesco vouchers ....
  • didnt realise this was bad

Appologies if this is against site rules - just trying to get people I could refer to get extra club card points.....but as far as me being a chancer etc...... I would say I have done very little for you to question my motives or my character.

I suggest you go after someone else who is worthy of your bad-mouthing.

    Well.........

As you already broke other MSE rules in your spam thread on the referrers board, AND you charge £1 on ebay for your "service", if you don't like "chancer", you choose another name for conman then!

Why not delete your posts here now you know they break the rules? Otherwise your "apologies" look hollow)

So far your motives are pretty obvious.

eg What do you get out of it?
  • I never realised posting on here would be so .....troublesome!

I do not charge for any such thing via ebay. In-fact if you looked at my ebay auction you would note that actually I am offering to give money to those that also have Tesco Travel Insurance and want to be given a referal from me.

On ebay I ask people not to buy the auction but instead to send me a question - the auction price is meerely to urge ... dare I say to hope that those people who insist in buying auctions that are on ebay for 1p for example the inability to bump up their ebay ratings....... As such I advertise via ebay at an amount so to discourage people from doing such a thing (believe me it happens).

Instead i want to get Tesco clubcard points as I am trying to save up £1040 reward points ( £345 of tesco vouchers) to buy a holiday with virgin Holidays.

I offer people the ability to be refered by me. They & I get 500 club card points + because it is in my interest I also send them via paypal £2.50. I also offer the same deal via the Tesco Car Insurance refer a friend scheeme, though the deal is for more points (1000).

So in fact I am not only offering the ability for people to get 500 points for free, but I am giving them money once it is approved and the points are verified.

I would therefore like to suggest that I am not a con-artist ..... nor should I be asked to remove my forum posts, but would ask you kindly to stop badgering me .

I posted merely in a vain hope to get referals and should like to forward your attention towards the many other postings that are very similar to this one. I should think that if this is against MSE rules and regs then I appologise, but would think that their are many people out there offering terrible deals and just offering very little.

This site is about finding good deals and trying to make the most out what opportunities are out there. Surely you can see this ......and perhaps leave me allone from trying to make an honest attempt at making a few pounds out of Tesco's !

All this sounds like you abuse ebay as well!

But you know the rules here:
The safety of our forum users is paramount and for this reason we can't allow anyone to exchange their personal details either on the open forum or via PM, however honourable the intention.
This means we don't allow selling/trading/exchanging/swapping or giving as gifts, nor links to your ebay auctions, or other forms of advertising.

And now you have spammed us with your "offer" (where others have greeted it in the same vein!):

Well my intentions were honourable - but indeed against the rules - sorry

I am a newb - this much is true.......but by no means a scam artist - this was not your intention to slander ..... I know - and it was not my intention either -

I think I will stop at that !

    my bad !

    my bad !

So why not remove your posts before they get removed and you get PPR?

Otherwise it just looks a cynical bump!
