There is an extended return period, any item bought from 1st november can be returned up to the 31st january.
If you do need to return them, yes they will exchange for another size at the price you bought as long as it is the same item. If the size you want is in stock they will just automatically send you the replacement you want when they get your return, if it isnt in stock then they refund you. hope this helps

I bought a pair of Ansley slippers on sunday morning and they took the £55 from me and then e-mailed me today saying that they were out of stock so they would have to refund my money! Can they do this? Will I be able to get them at £55 if they come back into stock? I'm not sure how it would work cause it's never happened to me before
Anyone that can help is much appreciated
