In terms of accuracy, the ICO considers that the settlement date should be the discharge date. Makes sense, as that in a formal legal sense, is when you are discharged from the debts.
But yes, in practical terms for you, it doesn't really matter as long as it is marked as settled.

Just checked my report now and all the settled dates are showing the date of my discharge, whilst the default dates are the date of my BR or earlier:):pB&SC No. 298

Thanks guys, guess I got confused on that one and added two pieces of advice together where it wasn't necessary.:D That will certainly help with my clean up as most of my default dates are nearly 6 years old already.When I joined, I needed a name. The forum members gave one to me...I am INAN
