Ryanair still haven't charged me for ADP

I've been regularly checking my bank account for the ADP charges on a flight I booked to Italy in September, which flies on 2nd Feb. Nothing. I've also checked my Ryanair account and nothing has been added. Other people on this board say their accounts have been debited. I did receive their email.

I don't want to phone Ryanair unecessarily, especially given how much they are charging on their lines, but I am worried about the consequences if I am not charged. What do you think they would do if the tax is not paid? At first they said they wouldn't let people fly of they hadn't paid the night before, but if they are deducting automatically, then surely it is their responsibility that the payment hasn't been deducted?
