Call centre staff not all bad!
This may well get removed but I hope not!
Just came home from taking calls at BG Cardiff having taken calls for Children in Need - only call centre in Wales taking such calls and the generous Welsh donated over £240K.
People in Cardiff may have seen some colleagues doing a 'flashmob'

Well done all! While forum users often criticise call centre utility staff - we are there to do a job, it's not easy but we do like it! Not all bad!
