26" Lcd Tv

Can anyone reccommend one of these please, or any offers that are available at the moment. Do any come with freeview and would I be best getting a HD ready?

Well, before Christmas, I bought a Panasonic 26" digital HD ready LCD television and I'm very pleased with the quality of the picture and also the sound. It looks good too... (5 year warranty at John Lewis as a bonus):j

HD ready is a waste of money unless you plan to get Sky-HD. Freeview will not carry HD before 2012 (if ever).

If you do plan to get Sky, make sure the TV is compatible with the Sky remote (Revision 8). Many aren't.
  • HD ready is also good if you want to use your TV for a games console or as a monitor for a PC
