gas = 0 kWh and elec = about 4000 kWh
You know there is a huge thread on this somewhere if you can be bothered to do a search.0 -
matty2767, I have a 70s built 3 bed linked detached house. There are two of us at home all day as we are pensioners. Our figs are 19500 amd 3500 kWh a yr for gas and electtc.
TBH IMO what is reasonable depends on lifestyle, location, insulation and many other factors. I think your figs are below the national average however.0 -
No gas. 20,000 kwh electricity. Yes 4 zeros. That's why I switch so often. Use 2 night storage heaters. Have oil-fired central heating and coal/log fires. Energy bills enormous.0

I have no gas and have coke fired central heating. Costs £20 a week on coke but it's only on in winter.0

You're below average Matty, tho insulating more and adjusting routine and lifestyle are always worth it.
