i read in the paper there was this scam that a man use to drive around and brake using the hand brake(no red warning light apears) and the driver behind would crash into him (if he was drivng to close or at a fast speed) so the scammer would put a claim in for whip lash, so the law is if you crash into someone from behind its your fault.
however the scammer was caught in the gym when he was suppose to be ill.. har, har“Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

That is, indeed, a common scam, and yet another good reason to have a dash cam.
