    Actually I don't CARE!!!!

that is half my battle. The mess I can ignore, I HATE being taken for granted and I HATE being made to feel like the slave. I will not tolerate back chat or rudeness but the mess doesn't bother me.. if anyone visits I chuck the mess on the floor to clear a seat.. honestly I am murder... If I lived with me, I'd have thrown myself out yonks ago.. still looking for the pic of the sofa.. struggling somewhat as I can't find ANY of my pics!

Well had a good day flying today which was cool.

    1. [STRIKE]Dailies[/STRIKE]
    2. [STRIKE]Swimming with little one[/STRIKE]
    3. our bedroom
    - [STRIKE]dust
    - hoover
    - move boxes filled with living room stuff out (currently decorating livingroom so stuff from cupboards everywhere!)
    - change the sheets[/STRIKE]
    4. Livingroom
    - [STRIKE]dust
    - hoover
    - tidy units[/STRIKE]
    5. [STRIKE]Shopping fruit and milk[/STRIKE]
    6. [STRIKE]Put bins out for tomorrow[/STRIKE]
    7. Bathroom
    - [STRIKE]clean floor
    - put blind back up[/STRIKE]

Woohoo did it all  Have decided smaller lists are good for me for the extras as I have 15 items on my dailies including ironing, washing, making meals, sweeping floors and hoovering and think I was getting a bit too ambitious with my extras lol

Anyway estate agent came round and I was so proud showing him round my nice (surface clean) house. Am halfway through deep cleaning the kitchen (just teh cupboards to go) and the bathroom has been scrubbed top to toe but I still wouldnt want anyone to look to closely at any of the other rooms :p

Work for me tomorrow so just the dailies and then Friday I am making a start on the kitchen cupboards (the estate agent doesnt think the house will take long to sell so I am going to do some serious fling boogying in preperation).

    Have fun flying folks

  • Hiya everyone.

Again, i've just kept up with the dailies. Wednesday is my visit the folks day, although i have managed to open a bank account for my parents online, bought some starclens and some cardis for the baby to sleep in from my mums shop (and she slipped me some choccie bars that were slightly out of date too)

Thanks to being more organised with the filing, i found out DH's premium bonds that he wanted, and got out DS's birth certificat to open his bank account tomorrow.

We've decided that February is the month to sort out financial matters. So they will feature strongly on our to-do lists this month.

I'm going to write out my to-do list now in my diary and see if moggins has posted her list yet.

My sofa.. just to make all you with 'messy' houses feel immaculate!!

The cardboard box is on the seat of the sofa. the door frame to the left of the picture shows how high that pile was!!!! That was not a one off it was ALWAYS like that, unless we had just had a manic tidy.. it was all clean laundry straight from the dryer and thrown on the sofa! It was pointless folding it because we had no cupboards to put it in as we had no room for the cupboards!

    How's that?

    Hiya
Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for their kind messages. It really does mean a lot to me. Our puddy was given 24 hours to see if he improved but his back leg keeps dislocating (a life long problem) and as he's now arthritic and has diabetes (we have a lot of luck with our animals - not!) it's not fair to carry on with him. He's happy now, lying on the back of the sofa and he's had his favourite tea but I know it's his time.

Pigpen, thanks for your lovely message about !!!!! cat heaven - I wouldn't mind booking a place when it's my time.

I have to put it all in perspective as my friends hubby is dying so really I have a lot to be happy about.

Well, i've done no cleaning but in pigpen's words 'it's pointless to think of the lost hours of yesterday'. I'll have a few days of and then start again at the weekend.

Thanks again, you're all a huge support xxxxxxxx
