Why on earth didn't you just buy a humax in the first place? £50 more than a hitachi but, yknow, it works. Hitachi are crap.... and then going for a Bush? Really? That's argos' own brand and they're terrible.............really terrible.

You don't deserve compensation simply for not doing proper research before buying. You get what you pay for.
