Why don't you start your own diary thead? that way you can post when you want about what you want and all of your threads can be compacted into one.

I think it's sometimes hard to open up in an public forum about personal problems, especially when you've been here a long time and you feel you know people and they know you. If you were going to start disclosing details about yourself that made you uncomfortable perhaps you should do as others have and start a new anonymous profile.

I wasn't even being biatchy, what was bothering me was a serious thing to do with money and my OH but I can't be assed with all the inevitable 'diggy' replies.

I'm sure it will all work out in the end.

Me too Alias - but I figure, I dont KNOW these people and they will forget me ten seconds after reading someone elses post!
I have posted very personal stuff - where I feel it will help someone. If someone wants to find out who Meritaten REALLY is - then its possible, but, why would they? Blackmail? ROFL - no money! to embarrass me - cant be done - I'm 'bomb proof'! my family know ALL about me and I really dont give a toss about anyone else!
If you really want to post for advice then go get yourself another email addy and username and post under that. if you want to just rant - and not post...........write it all down, get it out of your system and DELETE IT! then check it didnt get posted by mistake!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I didn't even want to rant particularly, I just had stuff on my mind that I couldn't reconcile.

I couldn't really get a new username as I'd have to post the background to the problem and it would be obvious it was me anyway.
