I am aware that there are to be changes to the child benefit and tax credit system.
I work part time and my hubby full time, we earn 10.5k and 21k per annum. We have 1 child who is looked after by grandparents at the moment.
We would like to have another child and I have looked (out of interest) at the entitledto website and if I enter the above salaries and base it on 2 children and that we are paying £145.00 per week childcare for both (the grandparents have made it clear they would not be able to look after 2) we would be entitled to tax credits of £103 or thereabouts per week.....would the changes that are coming up change all that?
I guess its not about relying on the benefits in order to have a 2nd child but I am just trying to look at figures and see what our options are. Would I have to give up work etc.

Not the changes annonced so far - HMRC have a page summarising the April 2012 changes http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/taxcreditsbudget/index.htm
You're nowhere near the higher rate tax threshold so won't be affected by the child benefit changes.0
