Problem with Groupon purchase

I purchased a photo print via the Groupon site, the supplier was Photique Images. The deal expire on 27 September. I uploaded my photo to the Photique website early September. I have still not received my purchase. Their website has a notice that it will take 28 days for delivery. That has long since gone. I have emailed this company and they are not replying to emails. I have phoned their 0844 number and all I get is a recorded message. I have dialed their 0141 number and it diverts to the same recorded message.
I reported this matter to Groupon and they have advised to phone the same 0844 number as mentioned above, they also gave me the same email address that I have been sending emails to. I advised Groupon of this and have not received a reply.

Unfortunately I paid with debit card, is there anything else i can do? Are groupon responsible or do I have any right to claim a refund from Groupon?

    just dispute the transaction with the bank, you didn't get what your paid for.

    Have you tried writing to them? (Recorded signed-for).

    Groupon are not responsible, the photo company is. However, others have had success with continuing to complain to Groupon. Alternatively, contact your bank and ask if they'll do a chargeback.

    Thanks all. I am trying my last email to Groupon and as always a cc to Photique Images. If I don't get anything positive I will take the matter up with my bank as advised.
