Self incrimating utlity company

I have just received a bill from npower. To paraphrase it 1 - we have overcharged you a hundred pounds in the last year/ 2 – we have estimated your usage and wish to overcharge you another hundred pounds next year.

This would be completely legitimate, if they plan to raise the prices lots next year.

I'm afraid I think you must be mistaken ;)

True Npower letters rarely admit fault of any kind, nor overcharging and will at some point more likely seek to confirm that they offer excellent value for money and any issues are entirely your own fault :p

Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
