Amazon marketplace purchases - PC broke 6 weeks
[Deleted User]
Bought a recon PC from an amazon marketplace seller.
Didnt use it much. 2nd time I used it (had it for 6 weeks) it packed up.
Contacted the seller but they seem to be ignoring me. Amazon have been no help either at the moment and even though I've raised a claim it says the vendor has until 28th november to reply.
Noticed in the marketplace advert that it says 1 month RTB warranty. I know item was refurb but surely they cant restrict it to 1 month?
Doesnt the sale of goods act apply here?
