I had my suit dry cleaned together with my wifes wedding dress. The dress lost a few buttons, but they have repaied that.
Mu suit jacked came in with some marks near the front buttons and came out with a big stain on the sleve, which I really don't think was there.
They have tried to clean it again, but it hasn't worked. They are now trying it a 3rd time.
So where do I stand if they fail to clean it? It would render a 200 quid suit useless after wearing it just once, and as said I don't think the stain was there when I brought it in (but I don't have proof of that)

If you have no proof the stain wasn't there (and aren't sure in your own mind), I suspect that you will struggle to get any satisfaction from the DC company if they can't remove it.0

I am pretty sure in my own mind, ut I did not take any photographs to show that there was no stain (mainly because I didn't expect them to add stains)0

Why would you ge a suit cleaned after one outing?0

No end of the night wedding photos?
Any paperwork from them stating they would remove the stain from the front? (in small claims it goes on balance of probabilities......so if they said they'd remove marks on the front but didnt mention a stain on the sleeve - especially since every dry cleaners i've been to checks the garments when i hand them over - then it would be probable it wasnt there when it was handed in).
And more importantly, are they denying liability for it? Is the stain easily noticed or faint? (if faint then its possible you overlooked it.....if prominent then chances of this are slim - not impossible but slim). You keep using that word. I do not think it means what you think it means - Inigo Montoya, The Princess Bride0
