How do you get the waterstones ones Sheils? I always apply on goodreads but haven't been lucky yet. I would like to get some books to review as would encourage me to read more again.
I am waiting for my £5 amazon voucher to be emaillied to me from my surveys. Hope it comes soon as need to order the DVD for my little neice.
Have done ok for xmas presents through comping/surveys. I got two doggy coats (£6.50 each) with a voucher I won. I also got a little bag for my best friends 4 year old with same voucher. Then I have got a Thomas The Tank Engine DVD, a Aussie Miracles Gift set and a double DVD of Marmaduke and Garfield with vouchers I have earned from surveys. Plus got 5 UFC DVDs that I won from Sky. Oh yes and a club penguin toy with my toys r us voucher from the play tent comp. So quite pleased as they are little extras that I wouldnt have been able to get otherwise.
Wrapped 24 prezzies last night so I could see what I still need for people. I am waiting for a few things to arrive but I am almost done which is good as its only 4 weeks now
Will be odd this year with my sister being away but sure we will have a nice time regardless. We are also having christmas day all over again on new years day with inlaws and OHs aunty and the two kids as she can't do xmas day as her hubby away with army£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120 -
The Waterstones Books are posted by GeorgeBee every month on the regular site - you are supposed to review them!
I've just been getting my Xmas paper out - not as organised as you Becks! Going to see DH's sister on Wednesday at Trafford centre so taking her cards and prezzies with us. Can't believe how many prezzies I'm getting with vouchers etc.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

You're putting your tree up? Don't tell my DD! We will probably give in and put ours up next weekend. We have to finish the painting, then we are away Wed until Friday so will be feeeling Xmasy when we get back! Hopefully we will have bought all the prezzies too. Will have to empty my prezzie shelf and see what I have kept back from prizes. Think there is quite a lot especially for DD. Wish I was as organised as you.Mar Wins :- £2 GfK Media

Tree is done. If i had my way it wouldnt be up (although I have done it all) but OH has been on and on and I suppose as its our first christmas living together we may as well have it all homely. Just trying to make arrangements for my best mate to come and visit in January. I hope he comes as haven't seen him for three years!!£2 Savers Club for 2022 #120

Ooh you're very organised Becks! I haven't wrapped a single present yet but will start next week. Had to pull out the tree and decorations first which were at the back of the eaves I have behind bath. Hubby decided to put everything else in front of it! Will probably put my tree up next monday after dd's bday.
Well done on the books sheils :j I once wrote a review and won a set of books called beloved (15 of them I think) but I chased round all the waterstones in our area and they were never delivered. I was giving 14 of them to a charity shop too!
I was sooo tired earlier but now I'm not! Suppose I'll get some comping done!Big thanks to all who contribute to the forums. Be lucky everyone and be safe!0 -
Wingobins - haven't wrapped a single present? I haven't bought one yet! To be fair though, I'm waiting until payday which is in about a week, so will have to get on with the dreaded wrapping then.
I've done a few goodreads reviews this year, I post quite a lot of reviews on there anyway but it's nice to get one specifically to review. Me and my Mum did a challenge this year - to read 100 books from Jan 1st to Dec 31st! I'm at 94, so 6 to go - better stop comping and start reading, haha!0 -
Wow meow that's certainly a challenge. My mum, sister and me all started a 365 photo challenge on Jan 1st. It finishes on Dec 31st but I am only one still in it
my mum is giving me £20 if I finish
already planning next years photo challenge. We are going to have 12 themes to complete throughout the year with a minimum of one photo per theme.
