Ski holiday Eurostar 7 Days Help!

We want to book a ski holiday for the end of february and my wife would love to go on the train but eurostar only seem to do 2-3 day deals.
I find their web site so confusing so though i would ask here to see if anyone can offer some help/advice on how to do it.
We need the lot, accomodation, ski/boot hire, lift passes and lessons.
I really would appreciate any advice anyone can give.
We don't want to spend a fortune but do want some snow!
