Advice on savings

I have £25k to invest, and with the current interest rates not looking so appealing what would you suggest, pref 5 year term or less.

For that sort of timeframe you wont get anything better than a bank fixed term deposit or possibly an inflation linked bond if you thought inflation was going to be a major problem.0

Look at 3% for an easy access account, 4.50%+ for a 5 year fixed term account.
Consider something like the BM Inflation Tracker thing (within an ISA).0
