im in a bit of a state, just put a £500 deposit on a used car from a small car supermarket place, but ive changed my mind... used my debit card over the phone, and the bank wont stop the payment....
what can i do???
any guidance would be really appreciated cos im a right state...

Is it the car or the dealer you're not happy with. If it's the car, do they have any other cars you could switch the deal across to?Favours are returned ... Trust is earned

I think you need to go into a bit more detail,why have you changed your mind?
If the company are reasonable, i would expect them to sort something out for you if you are not happy with the arrangements you have made with them.
If however you have found a better deal somewhere else you could not really expect them to refund all your deposit,after all they may have turned down other offers for their vehicle.There are two sides to every story.
