Hi is there a store in the Nottingham area? Sorry but I just couldn't be bothered to read through all 44 pages of this thread ;)

    There are stores in

    Alfreton
    Sutton-in-Ashfield
    Mansfield

    All have grea bargains.

Not sure if its been posted but in our local HB you can get the babies/toddlers cow and gate frutapura and organix fruit pots for 49p for 4 - all within a very good date (late 2008) I often pay £1.49 in tesco/asda for a 4 pack, so glad I found these!
  • Forgot to say yesterday, we got walkers sensations for 29p a packet (big pack) from Durham HBs. Although shouldn't be eating them post christmas and all, but cheap skate I am thought about divvying them up for kids packed lunches - that was before we ate them!!

  • "Branded Bargains" by TJs in Liverpool today had loads of the Cybermen coin banks today if anybody is still after them. Nice store, clean and well stocked. Only went in for the 19p hand gels as posted previously but as usual spent £15+

BTW, re the hand gels, there are three different kinds. A moisturising cream, a soap and a gel (all anti-bac). The soap and the gel look practically identical apart from some red text on the label of the soap one. Don't make the same mistake as I did and put the soap on your hands thinking it's gel :o
Bargain Mad ,Know what you mean about the overspending
In HB Liverpool Wavertree road today they were doing Maille Dijon mustard 250g for 29p ,also had loads of the little hand sanatizers in (really handy for first aid kits ). Also Tesco in wash stain remover powder ( in Tesco @£1.75 )for 49p .
Moneysaving? - I cant stop spending because of this site!
