Sorry over a hundred miles for you. They are Liverpool based and have 140 stores. The furthest South is at Kettering in Nothants. But they have ambitions to get to 500 stores in the next ten years, so I would plan visits when you travel, as Dorset might be in the 9th year from now.;)

l need the bargains! How do you think l could afford to live there otherwise?!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Yes the new store is going to in RHYL! Apparently its going where Kwiks was which will be great as there is a massive car park AND I have just bought a house on the same road!

RE the store in Colwyn Bay, yes there is one there in the Bay View shopping centre and it is quite a big one and loads of free parking.

I'm still soooooo happy. Sad I know but its going to save me a fortune!

They seem to like the seaside ( Seaham, Sunderland Tynemouth), so you stand a chance down there.

Meanwhile, there are more on the route, but hubby might not like stopping;)

What else is close by to this don't know where Kwiks is/was I'm afraid, any more clues to where this new store will be ?

There's one near the Durham Tesco superstore, also in Consett.

There is a one very near to durham on the dragonsville ind near to the big tesco.. Quite a good one and bigger than some. You've also got seaham and peterlee if you fancy a HB's tour around the sights LOL!
