I've got a CCJ now and it's nothing to get scared about, nor is the threat of bailiffs. If you don't keep up with an IVA, they can make you bankrupt (please someone correct me if i'm wrong) and they can also go after the equity in your house. (Which is why I didn't go down that route, that money is for my children one day)
