Creation credit card charging interest early

Hi everyone,
I took a Creation Finance card out on a 0% deal for 15 months, I could swear it was last September, I have an email from them September 20th saying thanks for letting them know I'd received my card and how about making an interest free balance transfer.
Anyway, they have transfered my balance from promo rate to standard rate as of Nov 1st, I have written down that it shouldn't be standard rate until Dec 15th.
Has this happened to anyone else?
I've sent them an email enquiring but I'm wondering if I'm going mad or Creation are trying it on!
I can't find my credit agreement right now and can only get 6 months statements online.
If other people took out cards around the same time as I did I advise you to check your last statement online, just in case they have done the same to others.

does it say as of next statement? if not call them they are fine and uk basedDon't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Indeed, they can confirm over the phone the date on which you opened the account (it's probably best you start with that question) and you can then work out for yourself whether it'll be early - however as chanz4 says, if this is next month's estimated interest, then it'd be correct from what you're saying.
