Its getting to be a ritual. Get up log on do clicks via quidco etc, go to work practically starve yourself to save money, growl at any member of staff who are thinking about leaving their job cos you know you'll have to give to a leaving pressie, then come home, and log on again.0

Perhaps next time instead of thinking of applying for a new credit card, have a cup of tea instead and think of a new MSE thing to do
Or, turn the urge on its head! Think of which one of your existing card to cut up!
