    You usually have to complain to Santander first. Only if you disagree with the final response or don't give you a final response within 8 weeks can you complain to the FOS.

    good news is you can complain via email, link from the Santander home page.

    Saves a stamp, and it does work as I've used it.

    And I’ve also used it. Took 3 times as they don’t like PDF files, but worked in the end!
