i would elaborate more on this but TS has asked me to ask MSE team to remove the thread and say no more in the public eye about it untill everything has been sorted out. then i can speak freely about it.0

Wh05apk - I mentioned the SOGA in post #17 - but the trader thinks he can get round that by selling cars to consumers as a 'trade sale' (ie generally between traders, sold as seen, drive away and leave me alone). That's fine between traders, and if a member of the public asks for it (to get a lower price), but NOT to punters looking for warranty etc.0
