Find out neighbours landlord?

Hi
Is there anyway to find out whether a neighbour owns or rents their property and, in the case of renting, find out who their landlord is?
I have a problem with noise from a neighbour and if all else fails I could contact the landlord if I know who he is.
Thanks.

Go to landregistry , there is a website where you get owners details for about £2...0

you could also go to the councils environmental health dept and they would contact the landlord if all else fails0

If I go to environmental health is this likely to upset my landlord? Would he have to declare it when he sells? Not that I really care about that, he isn't the one kept awake at night

He'll probably just be thankful that you don't expect him to do something about it & plus (having been kept up by music last night:mad: ) who cares?

No, go to landregistry website then and find out who owns property. You can get address and name of landlord - and from that: Phone number. You may find that if they are noisy, the landlord as other problems with them, too.
I told a landlord that every time I was woken up, I would be phoning him to make sure he was awake too! It turned out there were other problems from the ytenants of damage in the property and the landlord was only too glad to get rid of them. He was much more careful with subsequent tenants!0 -
Sometimes though the landlord/owner of house is listed at that address - ie-next door. ifswim
Why not try asking the other neighbours??0
