Hi,

Just a quick question regarding PPI claims. I'm thinking about taking up a PPI claim on my bank for several loans I had with them over the years, possible about 6 loans. My question is, do I have to file a claim for each loan, i.e 6 x letters for each one, or can I just send one letter for them to investigate my PPI complaint?

If you have paperwork or account number for the latest one put a complaint in for that one. You don't say if they were all refinancing loans, if they were they will probably all come up on their records. See what they come back with

Halifax also have a helpline too for making your complaint too. For RBS I completed a form for each loan, but completing it on the computer made it easier, I just changed the finer details and saved each as I went along.

Hi,

The loans I had were separate ones, not refinanced ones. (All paid and settled)

Then I would follow smitchy's advice, try phoning first and do a questionnaire for each if you have/get the details,good luck and keep us posted
