    What I would do

    1) Create a new user account with administrator privileges
    2) Write down the new user name and password for when you give it to charity
    3) Restart computer and log on using new user name and password
    4) Delete your old account
    5) Use Ccleaner under Options>settings
    select secure deletion (slower)
Now select single pass which will do for most users.
Check local disc (C) and wipe MFT free space

This should remove your old account, not as securely as a Dban/reinstall but a darn sight quicker.
