Excel error message

Hi, I use Cryptainer to store all important documents. I am trying access an excel document and it showing me the following message:-
"All Bills.xls' cannot be accessed. The file may be read-only, or you may be trying to access a read-only location. Or, the server the document is stored on may not be responding.
All other documents saved under Cryptainer are working fine.
Please help. Thanks
