Tesco direct ignore consumer rights

Tesco Direct ignore consumer rights and the sales of goods act. especially after 28 days.

Shame on you Tesco direct.

Iwould like to report them, so who i report them to.

Sending a formal complaint letter to head office would be nice if some one knew a name i could sent it to.

i get nowhere on the phone emails are ignored.

last 2 days they have started phoning me "would you take part in our survey":mad: what? :mad: err no!

Wouldn't it be great if the all the public boycotted Tesco for a day in protest of there grievances.

Anyway going to cab on Monday to see if they can help.

Chances are you don't know your consumer rights, let us know the problem and maybe someone can advise.

bris. yes i know my consumer rights, that's what these big stores should realise people are more aware of them .

Hintza. i am going to boycott them ,then had a thought, if i don't get a replacement i'll have to go back until i've recouped my £250 :shocked: that they owe me lol

So why don't you just tell us what the issue is? Otherwise it should be moved to the vent forum since I cannot see this thread being remotely constructive with the OP being obstructive in their posts.

You'd be surprised how many people come on here thinking they "know" their rights only to be 100% in the wrong.

Copy and paste of the username does it, peachyprice.

Basically instead of doing a multiquote, they've just answered everyone and put the username to show which answer is to which person.
