DONT USE THESE....Carnt express this enough! My son applied for a small loan to cover himself whilst his student loan came through, they quoted a low APR and agreed an amount to repay each month and over a 12 month period. They also said money would be in by end of week. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING was true. Six weeks later we still dont have the money and they put him onto a company that offered him a loan over 3 years at a rediculously high interest rate that no-one would sign up for...even if desperate...would have been cheaper to go to a loan shark! They wont answer the phone and are kept holding for over an hour. I have written to them and thretened legal procedings unless they give my son back his fee. I dont no where to go from here as I want this company shutting down. Has anyone got any sensible ideas on who to report them to? They have simply lied through their teeth! My son doesnt even want the money now as his student loan is through so its all pointless..... sensible comments please, as ive read the forum and there are some right plonkers on here that just abuse the forum!

There are also some "right plonkers" who cannot read these forums and see how they should reclaim the fee (minus £5) by reading the T&C's.

You can "threaten legal procedings (sic)" but you won't win because they covered themselves in the T&C's you agreed to when you signed up.

i was asking questions about there registerd number so i could see how legit they were and there to see complaints and they dont like you researching because what u find will be bad the indian guy on the phone who said his name was carter williams said f**k it. i said excuse me and he said his computer was refreshing.. no apology nothing
