I haven't paid anything to them yet and I think I have come to the decision I'm not going to I finally found someone mentioning using them on here and they didn't get it plus it looked odd that they were offered basically the same APR on a 15k loan over 7 yrs as they offered me on my 3k loan over 3 yrs, and when I called today to see what they said about that I tried 4 times was on hold ages and no one ever answered, out of interest I tried on my landline to see if they were avoiding my call as yesterday I did ask them lots of questions and they answered straight away on that number so clearly they didn't want to answer anymore questions.

i recently received a letter offering me a loan-i phoned them and asked if this was guaranteed before i paid the fee and also that it was not a guarantor loan - i was told that the money was guaranteed and they don't offer guarantor loans - stupidly i paid the fee and 2 days later received an 'offer letter' i signed this with and completed my bank details, and on 2 occasions before sending the form off i phoned and asked over and over again if it was guaranteed - to be told yes yes yes - the problems then began as i called to chase but was permanently placed on hold when calling from my mobile, 20 times in one day, so in desperation i called from my works number and got straight through to be told they must have a problem with their phones - i then received a loan offer by email which turned out to be a guarantor loan and was told i should accept as it is the only offer i will get. They ignore your calls once a offer has been made unless you catch them out by calling from a different phone do not deal with this company they are con artists

Good luck with that. These companies are bottom feeding scum, but usually what they do is within the law (just).

Just got a call from Loan & Finance Solutions Limited and they offered me a loan; I could hear him faintly or someone else in the background say M***r F***er! as if he was addressing me, confirming the first impression I had of them, which is not that of a reputable outlet. Please correct me if I am wrong...but they are not a reputable company are they?
