My post on another 3 thread from yesterday (Friday):
"go through the "thinking of leaving" option, tell them you're cancelling. I did it today, on my VTT350. Offered me SE610i on same tariff, worked out at £80 for the year by direct credit to your bill, or keeping my phone, same tariff £60 for the year, again by direct credit. They also said if you wanted a certain handset, the line rental offer would differ. Depends on the cost of the handset."
They also told me they'd stopped the 100 + 100 tariff, shame really as I'm on one of those on my other 3 phone, running to November. I have to say 3 have been ok for me and Mrs GunJack, and have been with them for 3-4 yrs. Coverage has got better, and the direct retention deals are cracking !!......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
