called up 3 the other day to cancel contract....

they offered 10 months free on t&t 600, no phone, as there best offer.

i said cancel my contract anyway.....i am kind of hoping they wll call me to offer me something better!

What are the chances of that happening?

So they offered you nearly a year for free to keep your custom and you said no. Do you think that they are a charity or a business?

Thats a pretty good deal from a network, considering the fact you won't have to claim any cashback....

I got a really good retention offer from them, a free n73, they paid one months bill fully, then I have 9 months half price, I get silly number of minutes (lots) 200 txts, plus unlimited internet access, and so on and so on. Not a bad offer I thought.

Thats an outsatnding deal - £5ish/month, without the hassel of cashback!

i dont think it is anything special as i know other people who have had the same deal........i was kinda of hoping they would improve in it................anyone??

see my post earlier, I cancelled contract expires on 5th Feb, I got a call this evening, offering me either T&T 600 10 months free on a 12 month contract, the last 2 months at £30 per month so £60 PA but no phone upgrade,

or new phone 100 mins and 100 texts for 11.5 months free and £6.17 in the last month,

I have gone for the 100 + 100 not that i need a new phone, but 100 mins is more than enough for me, and not bad for 51p ish per month

not ideal for everyone i guess

I took up this offer and they pay £340 a month into phone bill and i use it on whatever. it is rollover credit and i pay £18 in month 12. no new phone though but still in essence i get 500 mins and 100 text for free every year :T
