I have worked for BG for the last 7 yrs 6 of these full time last 1 on part time
we all had our meeting yesterday and were told compulsory redundancy will be in place but no details of the package yet due to speaking to the TU's.
but my question is if it is say 1 week pay for every yr do they take into account i was fulltime for the last 6 yrs or is it 1 week as my pay is now?
Just like to point out we still have no idea what the package is.
