I always have to chase up the Nectar points from e-shops - have never yet received them without a query or several. Only use them for Amazon now. Often need to send several e-mails too before getting a reply. Appalling service IMO.It's 5 o'clock somewhere!0

If itw as in May I would have thought you should get credited by now. I made a purchase from Amazon in October and its just got credited yesterday0

I came on here to check whether anyone had encountered 'missing points' with Nectar, as a member of my family bought numerous items online at Debenhams and House of Fraser during the Summer sales, and got NO points at all for either store. Not given much of an answer to resolve it either. All blamed on cookies.
It is a question of Buyer Beware! IMO.:cool:0 -
I don't bother with Nectar now, too much hassle for a couple of pence.
I was told that they don't track on Amazon if you buy things you have put in your basket.0 -
Thanks for this thread. That explains why I have not had my points from Amazon. The points are worth so little it is not worth my while chasing, but now I shan't bother going through Nectar to buy anything as it is a hassle to find my number and put it in, only for Nectar to gain from my shopping, and not me. I would rather support Amazon by letting them keep the money! They at least are providing a service. Nectar just seems to be a drain.0

I bought a kindle early August and never received points. Queried and they said it would take a couple of months. Funnily enough I chased them yesterday as I still hadn't received them. I use mine for Easyjet and only had about six lots of points, from what Ive noticed, not gone through. I chased them each time but never got anywhere. Like someone said I now only use them with Amazon. I have recently tried with ebay but never got them.0
