Speakers for TV

I am looking for active/powered speakers for my TV and was leaning towards the Audioengine 5 but I then found these.

To the techies out there do they look any good? The sound from my flatscreen is rubbish.

The spec looks poor. Depending on where you look, it has either 7.5 or 15W for the subwoofer, which is not IMO adequate.

If I were looking, I'd want to listen, or at least see lots of positive believable reviews.

You know what I mean, I didn't mean did they look good literally.... Do you know of any similar styles of speaker which have decent sound quality? Budget £200. I don't have much space so I need speakers that have an in-built amp and built in subwoofer. I particularly liked this style as I could sit the TV on top of it.
