NDL are a prize fulfilments company, who handle many many comps, I've won quite a few prizes they have dealt with, i would reply to NDL and not worry to much x

Fantastic company in my eyes, they have always helped when there have been issues, they recently sorted out an Msers issue when a hotel charged her cc for her stay when it was a comp win and she shouldn't have been charged xxx

As Toni said. NDL are fantastic! They sorted out an alternative holiday within two weeks for me when I could no longer go to Tokyo due to the earthqauake/tsunami and then sorted out the problem that I had with the hotel! If NDL are sorting it for you you should be fine - I wouldn't evn bother trying to contact MTV as it will be NDL that organise everything :) Congrats on the win!

I've also dealt with NDL Group for a holiday win and they were brilliant. A scuba diving lesson was part of the prize but I can't swim very well so they swapped it for something I could do. I'd get in touch with them.

    Fingers crossed for you! x

Threaten them with contacting the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority).
