MTV ignoring questions about competition winner

I'm really disappointed how is MTV UK handling the Thor competition for trip to Hollywood which they run on Facebook.
It was vote based competition but the number of votes was not shown, there are no news of the winner or the final number of votes each entrant received.
The competition ended 14th October, winner was to be announced within 7 days.
After several post from several people on their FB wall, they are still not responding and ignoring everybody ..
What can I do to get them to reply?I'm tweeting on their Twitter, sent emails via their website..
Can you guys please, please help and also post on their Facebook wall ?
More people asks, hopefully more likely it is to get an answer.

I just don't understand why they don't answer if all went by the rules and they chose winner..
I mean why hide if you haven't done anything wrong, right?
Seems like big companies can do what they like..:(Best wins ever:

I too first though they are removing the posts but then I realised I had to click on Everyone (most recent) at the top of the page, that shows all the post's not only MTV's posts

Ok, day and about 10 posts later and MTV UK is still ignoring everybody:mad:
Is there really no way how to force them to reply? I really not think it was either fix or just pretend comp to collect data

i received an email from a company called NDL group saying that i've won the competition but when trying to contact MTV about it they wont even tell me if im the actual winner or not and just told me to send a letter to them to find out.
but what makes it weird is that theres no info anywhere about the competition anywhere. i posted a message onto the Thor FB page and havent received a reply from them and did the same on twitter and was given a similar reply that mjm3346 has stated but the address is completely different to the one i was given.
iv sent mtvuk another message asking if the company that sorts the prizes out for the competiton is in fact the company who has emailed me and am waiting for them to reply.
hopefully its all legit and i get to go on the awesome trip to hollywood.
but i would like to know how many votes my picture actually got
