Halifax Clarity c/c - No Statement Last Month?

Has anyone else not received a paper statement for their Halifax Clarity credit card last month?

Mine are normally issued on 22nd of the month, and I usually get them before the end of the month, but nothing has turned up for October.

I phoned them last week, and they promised to send out a duplicate statement, but that hasn't turned up either.

Just wondering if anyone else has missed their paper statement for October?

My October and November statements seem to have arrived fine.

Did you spend anything on your card during that statement period? I know that statements are not issued when there is no account activity.

I didn't get a statement last month either.
When I rang them, the chap I spoke to said that they were aware that there had been a problem and that some people hadn't received statements, and he arranged for a copy of the statement to be sent out manually - it came a couple of days later.

Thanks all. Still no October statement here :-(
I'll give them another ring tomorrow and make sure the copy statement was actually sent out.
