I bought 2 "Vouchers" from mightydeals.co.uk. They were very quick to take my money, but after 5 days and countless lies that "the vouchers were on the way", I have received nothing. I asked for a refund, but as of today no refund has arrived. BE CAREFUL.

can anyone tell me how the vouchers come? Is it just an email you print off as im thinkin stocking fillers for xmas

Hi, I ordered my voucher from mightydeals.co.uk on Sunday and received an email from them on Monday evening. The email contained 2 codes which I used on cineworld website to book my tickets.

£7 for 2 tickets I think is a good deal!

I haven't heard anything from them so will have to chase. Call me old-fashioned but I expected an email acknowledgement at least; I guess logging into the account would be a good first option.

ETA - yes that worked. I notice the deal is still being advertised despite the initiial deadline of midnight Sat. Also just noticed that it is for online booking only - it's not the kind of voucher you can keep in your handbag for an impromptu trip to the cinema if you have a couple of free hrs and are nearby.

Further to my previous post about this suspect website, I received an email from treatme,net., dated today that they cannot honour any vouchers issued by mightydeals.co.uk, as they have not been paid.

I have still not been given a refund by mightydeals.

TREAT WITH EXTREME CAUTION!

Same problem and customer support manager have no faith in him whatsoever, will keep on his back, and the helicopter was not worth the money .. Ill stick with Groupon...:T

I first went on the website about 2 weeks ago, and even though I have a pretty cynical view on any company that hasn't got a track record & wants my money, I decided to give them a shot

I got some teeth whitening thing for 17 quid, RRP supposedly £170, figuring if it goes ok then bonus, if they are a scam it's not the end of the world

Anyway long story short, they said allow 2-3 weeks delivery time, it arrived in a week and a half, which is pretty impressive considering postage was only about 3 quid and it came from america, and I'm now on my way to achieving teeth Simon Cowell would be jealous of

As a new company they are going to have teething problems (ho,ho) as anyone would, so perhaps I was one of the lucky ones who's order went through trouble free, but I'm sure they'll improve, I never write reviews, but always look for them online to give me a reason not to trust them, so think it's only fair I give them a thumbs up!
